Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef or ground venison3 celery ribs, sliced1/2 medium onion, chopped1/3 cup chopped green pepper1 garlic clove, minced1/3 cup ketchup2 tablespoons cider vinegar1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons brown sugar1 teaspoon mustard1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/8 teaspoon pepper8 hamburger buns
Directions
1) In a large saucepan, cook the beef, celery, onion, green pepper and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
2) Stir in the next 12 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
3) Spoon onto buns.
