Spicy Thai Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken, cubed into bite size pieces1.5 lbs mixed Vegetables, cut into bite size pieces8oz Spicy Red Curry Sauce2 TBSP Olive Oil
Directions
Heat 1 TBSP oil in a deep pan and add chicken when hot. Cook till done and set aside.

Wipe pan with wet paper towel and add 1 TSBP oil, add all veges, save bean sprouts for last if using them. Cook till almost done.

Add Curry sauce and chicken to pan and heat through on low. Right before serving add bean sprouts before serving over rice.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 428g each.
