Ingredients
Frozen chicken breasts (5 or 6)Cream of Chicken soup (10.75 oz can)Cream of Mushroom soup (10.75 oz can)Mushrooms (optional)
Directions
Place frozen breasts in slow cooker. Add soup and mushrooms, if desired. Cook on low heat for 10 - 12 hours. Serve over rice.
