Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

1.5 c. whole wheat flour1.5 c. white flour1 cup milk.75 tsp salt2 tsp yeast1 tsp honey2 tsp oil
Microwave milk for 45 seconds. Check temp to make sure it is around 100 degrees. Add honey and stir in yeast. In another bowl, add 1 cup of flour and the salt. Stir in milk mixture. Add oil and stir. Add rest of flour slowly. Once dough stops sticking to the sides, stop adding flour so it won't be too dry. Drizzle oil over dough ball and cover with moist kitchen towel. Let dough rise in warm place for 1 hour. Roll dough out on floured surface and drizzle with egg wash if desired. Par-bake for 15 minutes, then top with favorite toppings. Bake pizza for 20 minutes or until cheese browns a bit.
