Grandma's Italian Style Zucchini

Ingredients
3 Zucchini (sliced into small cubes with skin on)3 Eggs1/2 Onion (chopped)2-3 cans of Del Monte tomato sauce (the small cans)3 Tbsp Pecorino Romano grated cheese2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Put oil, onions and zucchini in a pot and let them sautee until the onions are translucent. Then add tomato sauce, the eggs (crack the egg into the pot and then stir immediately to make it scrambled throughout the pot) and the grated cheese.
Let it cook for about 10-15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
