steak fajita's burro style

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 24 oz thinly slicedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, thin strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 thin strips Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup thin stripsWhole Wheat Tortilla, 6 soft taco size
Directions
Preheat large saute pan on medium heat. Slice thinly the bell peppers and the steak. Throw into pan with any desired spices or salt and pepper. I prefer cumin pwdr and chili pwdr with salt and pepper. Allow to cook together until tender and no longer pink in the meat. no oil is needed as the meat releases some fat for great cooking. warm tortillas while meat and veggies sit. Place desired amount into warm tortilla with any garnishments you prefer and roll into burro. enjoy
