Ingredients
Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium Onions, raw, 1 mediumPeppers, sweet, green, fresh, 1 large Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium Garlic, 1 tsp Tomato juice, without salt added, 6 fl oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1can Green Chili Peppers, 1 small canYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can Zucchini, baby, 1 medium Yellow Summer Squash, 1 medium Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Potato, raw, 1 mediumLow sodium chicken broth, 2 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
Directions
Chop all veggies and chicken into bite size pieces add everything to Large pot bring to a boil and then simmer on low to med heat until everything is done and tender about one hour
