4 tbsp of Gluten Free Brown Rice Flour1 egg (can use egg substitute)1 tbsp of So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer1 tbsp of oil (I use canola)1 tbsp of honey2 tbsp of water1 tsp of vanilla extract, gluten free
In a bowl, mix egg, creamer, vanilla, water, honey and egg, blend well. Then mix in gf flour into mixture until well mixed. Spray the inside of a large mug with cooking spray, pour the cake mixture into mug. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. The cake will be dense.
