My baby spinach salad

Ingredients
2 cups baby Spinach1 medium tomato1 sl low fat american chsbalslamic vinigrette1 grilled chicken breat (I heat mine)
Directions
I usually will cook up a bunch of chicken in the beginning of the week and then separate in to 3 oz servings and grab a bag for my salads as I go.

I like hot chicken so I heat mine in the microwave for 45 sec to a minute before I add it to my salad.
