Citrus and Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 - 10 oz. package of fresh spinach1 grapefruit1 medium orange1 avocado6 oz. cooked chicken breast, cubed2 oz. cooked pasta1 fl oz. lemon juice1 fl oz. orange juice1/2 tsp sugar1 Tbsp. vinegar1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Cook pasta and chicken, chill to room temperature. Remove stems from spinach, wash, and tear into bite-siz pieces, and dry gently with paper towels. Peal and section grapefruit and orange. Slice avocado into cubes. Combine juices, sugar, vinegar and oil for dressing. Toss spinach with dressing, top with other ingredients and toss again.
