Roasted Cauliflower, Broccoli, and Carrots with Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli, chopped into bite size florets1 cup cauliflower, chopped into bite sized florets1 cup carrots, cut into strips1 T olive oil2 T honey2 T spicy brown or dijion mustardSalt, pepper, and seasonings of your choice (we like rosemary, crushed red peppers, and garlic)
Directions
Toss the veggies with olive oil, season with the spices of your choice. Roast about 20-25 minutes in a 400 degree oven until tender crisp and lightly browned. Mix together honey and mustard. Drizzle over veggies and serve.
