Pepper Steak

2 lbs lean beef1 onion1 red bell pepper1 green bell pepper2 cloves garlic (minced)1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce1 c. Soy sauce1 tbsp cornstarch3 c. water5 c. long grain white rice
Cut beef into thin strips and cook with garlic until meat is browned. Add Worcestershire and Soy sauce as well as 2 c. water; simmer ten minutes. Cut peppers and onion into thin strips. Add to meat mixture and simmer five to ten minutes; do not overcook! Bring to a boil and add cornstarch dissolved in 1 c. cold water. Return to boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Sauce will thicken as the mixture simmers/sits.
Serve over rice.
