turkey noodle casserole

Ingredients
8 oz. Ground turkey1-2 shallots finely chopped3 cloves garlic finely minced1 tbsp olive oil(or veg oil)2 cans cream of mushroom soup(you may use red. fat)1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup low fat sour cream1 cup sliced mushrooms( you may use canned)1 pkg no yolks x.broad noodles1 cup shredded mozza and 1 cup shredded cheddar(or cheese of your choice.
Directions
add oil to fry pan, add garlic and shallots,saute, 1-2 min.add turkey and mushrooms.Cook until turkey is no longer pink.add Soup,milk and sour cream. add bolied noodles, and 1/2 the cheese.pour into casserole dish.add the remaining cheese on top. bake @350 for 35-40 min.let stand 5-10 min. serve.
