3 cups flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon2 cups sugar (splenda)1-1/2 cups oil4 eggs2 cups grated carrots1 - 8-3/4 oz crushed pineapple drained1/2 chopped walnuts
sift flour, powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together; beat in sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in carrots, pineapple and walnuts.
bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean
