Paleo Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas2 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp butter or coconut oil2 eggs1/4 tsp sea salt1 tsp baking soda2 1/2 cups almond flouroptional: 1 cup blueberries (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
In a large glass bowl, mash bananas. Add vanilla, eggs, and melted butter. Mix.
In a separate med. sized bowl, mix salt, baking soda, and almond flour.
Add dry ingredients to wet a bit at a time, mixing well between additions.
Fold in blueberries if you are using them.
Scoop into lined muffin tins and bake 25-30 min, or until pick inserted in centre comes out clean.
Store in fridge in airtight container.
