Whole wheat oatmeal cranberry muffins

1 1/3 cups Whole wheat flour3/4 cup Old fashioned Quaker oatmeal2 tbsp & 2 tsp splenda sugar blend2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 egg3/4 cup low fat milk (1%)1/4 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup dried cranberries
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin cups or use paper cups. Mix whole wheat flour, oatmeal, splenda sugar blend, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl combine beaten egg, milk, and oil. Add egg mixture all at once to the mixture. Add cranberries.
3. Spoon mix into the muffin cups. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
Serving Size: makes 4 jumbo muffins, or 12 regular muffins
