2 cans pinto beans (4 cups)1 can kidney beans (2 cups)2 cans diced tomatoes (4 cups)2lbs. extra lean ground beef (can substitute chicken breasts)1 can whole kernel corn1 green pepper, diced1 red pepper, diced2tbsp. chili powder2tbsp. cumin1-2tbsp. paprika
add all canned ingredients to slow cooker; drain liquid from all but 3 cans. Add diced peppers. Brown ground beef, drain. Add to slow cooker. Add cumin, chili powder, and paprika. Cook on low 8 hours.
