Bean, Rice and Cheese Wraps

Ingredients
1 cup rice1.25 cups salsa1.75 cups chicken broth1 can black beans1 cup corntex mex seasoning (if you have it)tortilla wraps (large, flour)1 cup cheese
Directions
place all the ingredients (except cheese and wraps) into a rice cooker and turn on.
2. wrap a scoop of cooked mixture and some shredded cheese in a tortilla and wrap in saran wrap.
3. Freeze and pull out of freezer on your way to work.
4. Re-heat in microwave 1 minute in a paper towel (remove plastic wrap first)
5. i like to dip in sour cream
