high fiber choc chip cookies

Ingredients
1/2 C white sugar1/2 C brown sugar2 tbsp melted butter1 lge egg1 very ripe banana1 tsp almond extract (or vanilla)1C all purpose flowur1/4 tsp baking soda1/8 salt1/2 C choc chips1/2 C fiber 1 cereal
Directions
preheat oven to 350 F. grease a cookie sheet. mix sugars, butter, egg, banana and extract in one bowl. mix flour, baking soda, and salt in another. slowly mix the dry into the wet. fold in choc chips and cereal, bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
