Salmon Ceviche

Ingredients
˝ lb Raw Fresh Wild Salmon˝ an english cucumber, diced˝ large mango, peeled and diced˝ large avocado, peeled and diced˝ jalapeno, minced2 Tbs cilantro, minced1 lime, zested and juiced1 Tbs sesame seeds1 Tbs sesame oil
Directions
Cut all ingredients into small squares. Add everything into one bowl. Stir until well combined. Serve immediately or chill in fridge a few hours (at most).
