Ingredients
12 oz. canned/packaged tuna (light, in water)4 tbs. salsa (pureed) 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs (italian)1 egg2 tsp garlic powder4 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Heat large skillet on Med/High and add olive oil. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until very well blended. Roll the mixture into small balls (about one ounce). You should get 40 balls out of it. Drop balls into the skillet making sure they don't touch. You may have to make two or three batches depending on the size of your skillet. Allow balls to cook on the side you dropped them on for about 3 minutes. Use a spatula to flip them over on the other side and let them cook for 3 more minutes. Once the balls "roll" easily without sticking, roll them around in the pan occassionally to ensure all sides are cooked through.
