To answer the question about how to bake muffins I bake them at 400 or 425 degrees for 15 or 20 min. Hope that helps. - 7/16/09

The muffin idea is great. The other day, I took a banana bread recipe, changed out the brown sugar for 1/3 cup molasses, and added walnuts instead of choc. chips. I will have to try this recipe though. It sounds really delicious. - 7/16/09

I made this recipe and everyone loved it. The only thing I baked before this was not edible; my cats, and the birds outside would not eat it. This recipe is delicious and very easy to make. - 5/13/08

Sounds very similar to the recipe we use. The sour cream helps give it that extra moistness that is sometime lacking in banana bread. Yum! - 9/20/09

I'd prefer to make this as muffins, but could someone tell me how to change the baking time (and temp)? The original recipe bakes for 1 hour, but that can't be right for muffins! - 7/16/09

What size of loaf pan do you use for this recipe which says to use 2 loaf pans.
Is it all right to use 1 - 9" x 5" loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
    Thanks.

Better than expected. I thought it would be too sweet and too rich, because of the sugar and honey and then the sour cream. But it has a smooth pleasant taste and is not too sweet. - 2/27/13
