Apple Pancake Bake

Ingredients
1/3 cup butter1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 cup milk3 eggs3 t brown sugar1 t salt2 cubed applesalmond or vanilla essense (opt)
Directions
Put butter in glass or metal 9x13" pan and put in the oven, turning it on to 350 F/175 C for 10 min or until butter is melted. Meanwhile core and cut up 2 whole apples. Set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl. Once the butter in the hot pan has melted, add the apples to the butter, stirring them around to coat, then returning them to the oven for 10 minutes. After those ten minutes, take the pan back out and add the batter, cooking for an additional 30 min or until top is med browned.
