High Fiber All-Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 C All-Bran Cereal1 1/4 C nonfat milk1/3 C brown sugar1 C flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 C melted margarine1 beaten egg
Directions
Combine cereal and milk, let stand for five minutes. Combine sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and flour, set aside. Mix margarine and egg into bran mixture. Stir in flour mixture until just blended. Spoon into 12 greased muffin pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. Makes one dozen muffins.
