Quinoa, White Bean and Kale Salad

Ingredients
White beansKaleQuinoaCherry tomatoesscallionsolive oil
Directions
Sautee Kale in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic if desired.
Cook package of quinoa according to directs.
Chop up vegetables and rise beans, add to serving dish.
Mix all ingredients, season if desired.
