Sun Dried Tomato Hummus

Ingredients
2 can of garbanzo beans, well rinsed4 large cloves of Garlic2 tsp Lemon Juice2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper4 tbsp Tahini1 8.5 oz jar of Oil Packed Sun Dried Tomatoeswater, maybe a cup depending on your desired consistency
Directions
Put tomatoes and garlic in food processor for 10 second or so, just enough to begin breaking them up
add everything else but only 1/2 cup of the water. Blend to desired consistency. Add water as needed. I usually use about a cup.

Serving Size: Makes 4 cups or 16 1/4 cup servings
