Oat Cake

Ingredients
3/4 c oats2 T chia seeds2 T sesame seeds1 c unsweetened applesauce 1 tsp vanilla1 tsp almond or maple extract4 egg whitesdash nutmegdash allspice1 tsp cinnamonOptional sweetener (2 T honey, maple syrup or agave nectar if you prefer it sweeter)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a non-stick 8x8 pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
