Spicy Turkey Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground Turkey1/2 yellow onion2 cans stewed tomatoes (Mexican style)1 can pinto beans (w/ jalapenos if you like)1 can dark red kidney beans1 can sweet corn or hominy
Directions
Cook ground turkey in large pot, add all other ingredients including juice. Add pepper or creole seasoning to taste. Simmer for 1 hour or more. Serve on top of tortilla chips (use whole wheat ones).
