4 medium sized potatoes (pre-boiled or use left over ones) cut into large slices - skin on or off.1 Medium Onion chopped into medium sized pieceshalf a tsp sea salthalf tblsp Benecol
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a non-stick oven proof dish and place in oven for 30mins or until golden brown.
