Healthy-ish French Toast

Ingredients
4 Slices Whole Wheat Bread3 extra large egg whites2 Tb ground cinnamon2Tb granulated splenda2Tb Light Vanilla Soymilk (Or FF or LF Dairy Milk if that's what you have)1/4 tsp ground gingerButter Flavored Cooking Spray
Directions
Spray Large Frying Pan with Butter Flavored Pam.
Heat the Pan on Med Heat.
In a Large bowl mix all the ingredints except the bread.
Dip 1 slice of bread at a time in to the batter, making sure to flip over to ensure both sides are coated but not saturated.

Cook about 5 minutes on Med-Lo to Med heat. Flip once and cook another 5 minutes.
