Pampered Chef Chicken Enchilada Pizza

1 Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust1 tbsp olive oil1 medium onion2 jalapeno peppers2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts1/2 cup taco sauce3 garlic cloves
Preheat oven to 425 F. Unroll dough onto bar pan (lightly greased if necessary), gently stretching and pressing to cover pan. Bake 12-14 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Coarsely chop onion and jalapeno. Cook onion, jalapeno, and garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil until softened. Mix onion, jalapeno, garlic, 1/2 cup of cheese, chicken, and taco sauce. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle 1 cup of cheese evely over crust. Top with chicken mixture and remaining cheese. Bake 6-7 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.
