Curried Broccoli soup

Ingredients
1 bunch of broccoli (cut and trim stocks)1 yellow onion - diced1 clove of garlic - crush1 Tbls olive oil1 Tblsp curry power (any blend)2 cans of Swanson (low sodium) chicken broth1/2 tsp kosher salt1/4 -1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (depends on preference)
Directions
heat up olive oil, put in diced onion and cut up stocks. Once onions start to turn in golden put in crushed garlic. Saute less than 30 seconds. Put in salt, cayenne and curry powder. Saute for 1 minute. Then put in cut up broccoli head, mix until heads have some of the curry mixture on them, then put in chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer. Cook for 15 minutes. Ladle in batches into blender, becareful not to over fill blender as it will erupt out of the top of the lid.
Once all blended, put back on stove to bring temperture back up. Check for salt. Then ladle into bowls.
