crockpot chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast2 cups celery2 cups carrots1 cup onion4 cups chicken broth2 cups chicken stock3 cups water1 tsp poultry seasoning1/2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1/2 tsp basil1/2 tsp thyme2 bay leaves6 oz (1/2 bag) ronzoni healthy harvest egg noodles
Directions
add all ingredients to crockpot, except egg noodles
cook at "high" for 4 hours
remove chicken and shred or chop
add egg noddles and cook 20 minutes
add chicken back in and serve.
