Weight Watchers Lamb burger with cucumber yogurt sauce

Ingredients
Lamb:1.5 lb ground lamb1 small onion , minced1 garlic clove , minced3 tablespoons fresh mint , finely chopped3 tablespoons flat leaf parsley , finely choppedsaltfresh ground black pepperLemon juice2 tablespoons Cumin2 tablespoons paprikaYogurt sauce (stir together, pretty simple):1/2 seedless cucumber peeled and halved and chopped1 cup plain yogurt Lemon juicePaprika to taste
Directions
1. In a medium bowl combine onion, garlic, mint, parsley, cumin, paprika and 1 scant teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Knead them with damp hands to incorporate everything.
2. Shape the meat into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick. In a frying pan with sprayed pam at medium high heat add Patties. Cook to internal degree of 160F about 8 minutes per side.
4. Put on a plate and pat excess oil with a paper towel. Add yogurt sauce. Eat.
