Skillet Lasagna with Ground Deer Meat

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground Deer meat1 jar spaghetti sauce3 Cups water8 oz whole wheat noodles1 cup cottage cheese, lowfat1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese1/2 Cup Shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, cook meat, drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to boil. Stir in noodles. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until noodles are done. Add cottage cheese, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese; stir gently into noodles. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
