Slow-Cooker Orange-Ginger Beef

2 lb beef flank steak1 large yellow onion, chopped1 cup 25%-less-sodium beef broth1/2 cup orange juice1/2 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 tbsp grated gingerroot2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce4 cups lightly packed baby spinach leaves1 cup bean sprouts2 green oinions, sliced
Brown steak on both sides. Place steak in slow-cooker, top with yellow onions. Mix next 6 ingrediants and pour over onions.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or HIGH 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Removed steak from slow cooker, cut across the grain into thin slice. Return to slow cooker.
ADD all remaining ingredients, mix lightly. Serve with rice.
