Broccoli Cole Slaw Fritta

Ingredients
1.5 - 2 cups Broccoli Cole Slaw (or 6-7 Shredded Broccoli stems)2 eggs, whisked1 3/4 cups almond meal1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped1 Tbsp garlic powder1 tsp garlic mincedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Shred broccoli stems if needed.
2. Add broccoli to other ingredients and mix
3. Scoop a ball out and shape, place in skillet with a little fat (butter/oil) over medium heat.
4. Cook 3-4 mins on one side, flip and finish 3-4 mins until crisp.

Serving Size: Makes ~ 8 frittas about 3 inches in diameter
