Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

16 oz of chicken breastsOnion powder to tastePepper to tastePaprika to taste1 10.75oz can of Cream of Mushroom soup 4 carrots sliced4 celery stalks1/2 cup of dry white wine8 oz of sliced fresh mushrooms (could use canned)1 cup reduced fat sour cream1/4 cup all purpose flour
Place the chicken on the bottom of the slow cooker (I like to cut the chicken into 3 oz pieces to make divying up the servings easier). Sprinkle with onion powder, pepper, and paprika to taste. Mix the white wine, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, carrots, and celery in a mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl mix the sour cream and flour, then combine with the mushroom soup mixture. Pour over the chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (high 3 to 4 hours).
