April's beef stew (crockpot)

Ingredients
2 lb beef stew meat1/4 c onion chopped1/8 c green pepper choppedpepper to taste1 beef bullion cube1 c carrot chopped3 potatoes chopped3 c water
Directions
brown meat in pan with onion and green pepper. put in crock with juice. add all other ingredients. cook 4-6 hours on high or until beef is tender.

transfer to stove pot and cook until boiling. mix 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup cornstarch. stir until thickened. add to stew and stir. serve hot.
