Chicken Enchiladas Suiza

Ingredients
4 Old Mission flour tortillas1 1/2 C roasted chicken, shredded or chopped1/4 med onion1/2 med red or yellow bell pepper1 small can mild green chiles, drained1 tsp dried oreganohalf jar La Victoria thick & chunky salsa verde2 oz part skim mozzarella, shredded2 oz reduced fat Kerrygold cheddar4 Tbsp light sour cream2 slices Boar's Head lacey Swiss cheese, chopped
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350, spray baking dish with non-stick spray.
Saute onion & pepper, stir in chiles. chicken, oregano & half of salsa. Place 1/4 of chicken mixture on each tortilla, top with 1/4 of shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheeses, roll and place seam side down in baking dish. Pour remaining salsa over top, spread sour cream on top then Swiss cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
