Super Easy Squash and Zucchini Side Dish

1 medium-large size yellow squash, sliced then quartered1 medium-large size zucchini, sliced then quartered2 tbls olive oil1/2 tsp of cajun seasoning (Tony Chachere's)1/2 tsp of garlic powder1/4 tsp of celery seed or celery salt
Preheat oven to 475 F. Place quartered squash and zucchini into a gallon size zip-loc bag. Then add the olive oil to bad. Close bag than shake, coating the veggies in olive oil. In the same bag add all the seasonings and shake again. Then tear a large piece of heavy duty foil. Place seasoned veggies in the center of the foil. Wrap the foil around the veggies and twist the ends to make sure nothing leaks out. Place on baking sheet then put in the oven for 20 minutes or place foil sack directly on grill and cook until fork tender.
