Venison Stir Fry

Ingredients
Venison 1# cubedOlive Oil, 1 tbspBroccoli, fresh, 4 cups florets*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium chunkedOnions, raw, 1 medium chunkedMushrooms, 1 can drainedGarlic, 6 cloves, mincedSoy Sauce, 2 tbspBalsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Directions
Stir fry the venison in the olive oil, 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan, wipe out pan and then add all else. Simmer 6-8 minutes. Return meat to the pan of veggies, heat through and serve.
