Easy Mince and Veg

Ingredients
Minced beef, lean, about 1lb or 500 gramsOnions, 2 large and choppedMixed Vegetables, frozen, 500 grams or more! I fill the slow cookerBeef bouillon. Buy a good one as this makes ALL the difference.Gravy granules to thicken if you want it
Directions
Do this in the morning before work:
Put the chopped onion and mince into the slow cooker pot and microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring ocassionally until the mince is seperated and cooked through and the onions soft.
Place in the slow cooker and add your frozen veg. I fill the cooker pot.
Make up the bouillon with boiling water and pour over the veg.
Leave to cook for several hours on low. When you want to serve, add gravy granules to thicken the gravy if you feel you need it.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings depending on how hungry you are
