Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a medium baking dish with non-aerosol cooking spray In a medium
bowl, combine cayenne pepper, garlic powder, dill weed, thyme, salt and pepper. Arrange catfish fillets in prepared baking dish and sprinkle evenly with spice mixture; bake for 30 minutes then top fish with partially drained diced tomatoes; bake for 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
