Broccoli, cauliflower, chicken and rice casserole

Ingredients
12 oz bonles skinless chicken breast4 oz fat free cream cheese4 oz fat free sour cream1 cup fa free or reduced fat shreded colby cheese2 cups of frozen seasoning mix (onion, pepper, celery)3 tsp garlic2 cups for cooked rice
Directions
-Pre heat oven to 350

-Cube chicken breast

-Brown chicken with season mix and garlic

-Add chicken broth with the broccoli and cauliflower

-bring to a simmer

-Add fat free cream cheese, fat free sour cream, cheese slices,and half of the shreded cheese let it cook untill veggies are soft and liuid has thickened a little

-take of of heat and add rice, mixing it well

-put into a baking pan and sprinkle remander of shreded cheese on top

-cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes
