Lentil Burgers

Ingredients
2c cooked lentils1 c rolled oats1c flour1/4c olive or vegetable oil1/4c soy sauce3Tbsp dried oregano2tsp black pepper1tsp red pepper3Tbsp wet mustard3 gloves garlic1 small onion
Directions
Prepare Lentils according to package.
Puree lentils, oil, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, onion,and oregano in food processor.
Mix in oats, flour, and spices.
Spray pan with cooking spray, form into patties, fry in pan.

Serving Size: Makes 12-14 patties
