Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 8 ozShrimp, raw, 4 ozWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cupLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tspGarlic, 6 tspTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 servingGreen Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cupDiced Chilies, 8 servingGood Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)Campbell's Cream of Chicken & Mushroom (1 can), 305 gram(s)Onion powder, 1 tbspAllspice, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashOregano, ground, .1 tspOlive Oil, 1 tspPesto alla Genovese - Basil Pesto (1/4 cup = 1 Serving), .25 serving (1 tbsp)
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef rounds in bottom of pot.
Drizzle olive oil over beef.
Season beef with onion powder, Allspice, black pepper and dried oregano flakes.
Add garlic.
Sprinkle part of the Italian Seasoning mix over contents of the pot.
Add one part of diced chilies.
Add cream of chicken & mushroom soup.
Add other part of diced chilies.
Drain and add green beans.
Add tomatoes with juices.
Add remainder of Italian Seasoning mix.
Cover and set on Low.
Shortly prior to serving, boil water and cook rice. When the rice starts to absorb the water, mix in the tablespoon of pesto.
