Ingredients
plain white flour 125gwhole milk 170 ml1 whole egg2 tablespoons brown sugar2 teaspoons baking powderbutter for cookingmix all ingredients (except butter) into a batter - let stand for 10 minutes to "rise"
Directions
heat flat bottomed pan add small bit of butter to coat pan
pour 1 tablespoon of mixture into pan (you can get 3 or 4 in at a time) cook on one side until bubbles appear on top - about 2 minutes - turn over and cook for a further 1 minute.

Serving Size: makes 12 small pancakes
