Spaghetti Squash Bake

Ingredients
Canned CornKidney BeansDiced Tomatoes1 Spaghetti SquashFat Free MozarellaCuminOreganoSaltPepper
Directions
Cut the Spaghetti Squash in half (length wise) and scoup out the seeds.
Bake for 45 min at 350* (Place Inside of squash facing down on the cookie sheet)

Empty the Beans, Corn, and Tomatoes into a bowl.
Then add 1 cup of cheese to mixture.
Add Cumin, Oregano, Salt, & Pepper to taste
Mix well

When Squash is done let it sit for about 5 min to cool off.

Empty out Squash into the Bean,Corn,Tomato mixture.
Mix well

Pour into a caserole dish

Bake for about 20-30 minutes @ 350*

Add 1/2 cup of cheese to the top of the dish, about 5 minutes before you're going to take it out.
