Veggie Fajita mixture

Ingredients
Green peppers, slicedYellow or Orange peppers, slicedMushrooms, slicedOnions, slicedBlack Beans, canned, drained and rinsedKale, chopped
Directions
Saute peppers and onions together for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute an additional 4-5 minutes. Add kale and black beans and continue to saute until all veggies are cooked through, but firm. Continue to season throughout, adding chili powder after each vegetable is added to the mix.
